I’m talking about a 7 day detox from Instagram and how I ended up with 40 new, high quality followers. Let’s be honest – Instagram can be an addiction. It’s my go to app and it was getting to a point where I just couldn’t keep my hands off of it. My goal was to break this habit for 7 days so that it would help me control my need to be on my phone all the time.
